The BPT50 lithium/lead-acid battery charge and discharge integrated machine is an advanced, programmable device designed for evaluating battery performance. It integrates multiple functionalities, including high-precision capacity series discharge testing, high-precision series charging testing, and a comprehensive battery temperature monitoring system. The machine features a broad voltage testing range of 9V to 99V, enabling it to test various batteries within the range of 12V to 84V. The discharge current can be adjusted from 1A to 50A, while the charging current can be regulated between 1A and 50A. This versatile equipment is suitable for assessing the charging performance and capacity of lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and other battery types. With a maximum of 16 charge and discharge cycles, it also serves as an effective aging device in battery manufacturing processes.

The device supports two operational modes: Panel and Software. Upon installation of the designated software, the device can be managed and operated via a computer for various functions, including charge-discharge configuration, data sampling, test report import/export, analysis of test data, and generation of charge-discharge curves. Additionally, a single computer can simultaneously manage multiple devices through a network switch. Online testing caters to more advanced testing requirements.

The intelligent battery temperature monitoring system is capable of continuously monitoring the real-time temperature of the battery, controlling the switching of operational steps, and charging stop. Offering dependable support for safety testing.
