Description


The BPT50 lithium/lead-acid battery charge and discharge integrated machine is an advanced, programmable device designed for evaluating battery performance. It integrates multiple functionalities, including high-precision capacity series discharge testing, high-precision series charging testing, and a comprehensive battery temperature monitoring system. The machine features a broad voltage testing range of 9V to 99V, enabling it to test various batteries within the range of 12V to 84V. The discharge current can be adjusted from 1A to 50A, while the charging current can be regulated between 1A and 50A. This versatile equipment is suitable for assessing the charging performance and capacity of lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries, and other battery types. With a maximum of 16 charge and discharge cycles, it also serves as an effective aging device in battery manufacturing processes.
      
  

The device supports two operational modes: Panel and Software. Upon installation of the designated software, the device can be managed and operated via a computer for various functions, including charge-discharge configuration, data sampling, test report import/export, analysis of test data, and generation of charge-discharge curves. Additionally, a single computer can simultaneously manage multiple devices through a network switch. Online testing caters to more advanced testing requirements.
         
Real-Time Battery Temperature Monitoring

The intelligent battery temperature monitoring system is capable of continuously monitoring the real-time temperature of the battery, controlling the switching of operational steps, and charging stop. Offering dependable support for safety testing.  
  
 


This is a high-precision instrument specifically designed for electric vehicle and battery manufacturers, as well as their dealers, to evaluate the performance of battery packs. It can be widely applied in battery testing and maintenance, production, sales, after-sales service, and laboratory research and development, serving as an efficient and intelligent tool for battery testing and maintenance.
      



►The Instrument uses a high-definition LCD screen display, each index is clear at a glance.
►The parameter setup and parameter switching are set and switched by a "START" switch and a "SET" knob. All parameters (voltage, current, mode) settings have the saving function.
►Intelligent speed fan can run continuously, delay the power-off of the fan, and blow off the remaining heat.
►Multiple protection functions, such as reverse connection protection, over-voltage and over-current protection, over-temperature protection, etc. 
►The work steps can automatically switch according to the set parameters and have automatic cycle charge and discharge function
►Data protection startup: If the connection cables disconnect from the battery during the charging and discharging, after reconnecting the cables with the battery, press and hold the "Start" button to continue working.
►Power off data protection function. When a power failure occurs during the test, the test data before the power failure is retained. After the power is restored, the test can continue.
►Modular design, easy maintenance and replacement of accessories.
►Two operation methods: Panel & Software. After installing the specified software, the device can be managed and operated through the computer: charge-discharge setting, data sampling, test report imports and exports, test data analysis, charge-discharge curves drawing.
