Lithium Battery Charge Discharge Testing and Balance Maintenance Machine DT50W-16 can be applicable for the capacity test, auto-cycle charge and discharge test, capacity grading and matching, balance maintenance, internal resistance test of various Lithium Batteries, Ni-MH Batteries, and Ni-Cd Batteries. It can be compatible with 18650, 26650, 32650, pouch, and prismatic cells.DT50W isolation measurement design can balance charge & discharge the individual cells inside of the battery pack to the same level and determine the location of the bad cells without disassembling the battery pack. It can balance charge-discharge the unbalanced battery pack and restore the battery pack to normal balance.

The device adopts modular design, supports parallel testing, and the maximum parallel testing current is 160A.

It's suitable for lithium battery testing, maintenance, regeneration, battery pack assembling, etc.

The modular design enables flexible combinations, allowing multiple devices to be integrated into a testing cabinet for efficient and rapid completion of testing and maintenance tasks for the entire battery pack.

DT50W-128 is composed of the single DT50W-16, a number of DT50W-128 can constitute a testing group to match the needs of mass testing.
